Your Full-Service Auto Repair Shop Kamloops

The people here provide service that’s just as good, if not better, to that provided by official dealers. It’s a shame that Kamloops doesn’t have a dedicated Subaru dealership, but with the services offered here, who needs one? (Except for when you have to drive to Vernon or Vancouver to have specialty or major systems repaired, but there’s nothing Advance Auto Service can do about that). The aforementioned inconvenience is the only reason I won’t give 5 stars, but, again, that’s out of their control.

They quickly assessed my car in the morning and repaired the broken serpentine belt by the early afternoon. An hour after picking up my car, when I was leaving town to go home to Surrey, I suddenly remembered my right rear blinker light was blown out. So I stopped back in here to ask my light bulb be changed before I hop on the highway, and asked how much he just said… no worries and he did it out of kindness. Thank you for such great customer service.

It’s what we all hope to find. I brought in my vehicle and approved $500 worth of repairs. Came back to pick it up and it only cost $200. He could’ve taken my money and done the bigger job, but he was honest. Now, I’m a loyal customer.
