Probably the best Subaru specialists in town.
The people here provide service that’s just as good, if not better, to that provided by official dealers. It’s a shame that Kamloops doesn’t have a dedicated Subaru dealership, but with the services offered here, who needs one? (Except for when you have to drive to Vernon or Vancouver to have specialty or major systems repaired, but there’s nothing Advance Auto Service can do about that). The aforementioned inconvenience is the only reason I won’t give 5 stars, but, again, that’s out of their control.

My car was towed here after being broken down and stuck on the highway just outside of Kamloops.
They quickly assessed my car in the morning and repaired the broken serpentine belt by the early afternoon. An hour after picking up my car, when I was leaving town to go home to Surrey, I suddenly remembered my right rear blinker light was blown out. So I stopped back in here to ask my light bulb be changed before I hop on the highway, and asked how much he just said… no worries and he did it out of kindness. Thank you for such great customer service.

Had a ‘78 Civic we called “Pickle” because of its colour.
